This policy explains what aengmedia.com and the Agent Portal collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is run by Aeng Media, a real estate photography and film studio in Los Angeles and Orange County, California. Questions go to anson@aengmedia.com.

What we collect

• Booking form: your name, email, phone, the property address and size, the services you pick, shoot timing, access notes, video preferences, how you'd like to pay, and the name you type to sign the shoot agreement.
• Contact form: your name, email, phone and message.
• Agent Portal: your email for sign-in, your listings and invoices, any feedback or revision requests, and when a gallery is first opened or files are downloaded.
• Payments: handled by Stripe, or by Titus for pay at close. We never see your full card or bank details.
• Technical logs: our hosts automatically record basic request data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To schedule, shoot and deliver your photos, films and floor plans.
• To send invoices, take payment and keep business records.
• To reply to messages, handle revisions and occasionally ask for a review.
• To keep the site and portal secure.

Work from a shoot may appear in our portfolio and on social media, as covered in the Shoot Terms & Conditions. Ask us and we'll leave a property out.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business:

• Formspree and Resend (form delivery and portal emails)
• Google Maps (address suggestions on the booking page)
• Stripe and Titus (invoices and payments)
• Dropbox, Cloudflare and Google Calendar (shoot files, media storage and scheduling)
• QuickBooks (accounting)
• Netlify, Vercel and Neon (hosting and database)
• Our video editors, who receive the property address and shoot details they need to edit your film.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Your choices

• Cookies: this site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The Agent Portal sets one essential cookie to keep you signed in.
• Do Not Track: we don't track visitors across other sites, so a Do Not Track signal doesn't change how the site works.
• Emails: reply to any of our emails if you'd like us to stop sending review requests or other non-essential messages.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email anson@aengmedia.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

• Booking, invoice and payment records: as long as needed to run the business and meet tax requirements.
• Galleries: kept in the Agent Portal so you can return to your files, until you ask us to remove them.
• Contact messages: as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Children

This site is for real estate professionals and property owners, not for children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
